FinCurator was founded by Accounting & Management Professionals having more than 20+ years of experience in the area of International accounting (USGAAP & IFRS), Business & Management Services, Process lead , Controllership & FPNA. The rich & varied experience enable our team to gauge complexity of assignments and plan accordingly. The global experience enable our team to understand criticality of right and prompt communication with our clients and avoid surprises. We pay attention to 360 degree requirements of clients stemming from various timelines & obligations related to business cycles, budget & statutory filing season.
Abhinandan Baidya

Abhinandan Baidya has over 16 years of experience in finance and accounting, with expertise in both global and local financial environments. His extensive career has shaped him into an astute finance professional, having worked with renowned organizations such as Genpact, IHG, Agilent Technologies, and Compass Group.
He has held diverse roles, including Controllership, General Ledger Lead, Process Head (AR, AP, FA, IC), Consolidation, STAT to GAAP conversions, and tax reconciliations. His proficiency with financial systems such as SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Great Plains, Blackline, Xero, and Tally provides him with a comprehensive understanding of the finance and accounting domain.
Driven by a passion for empowering small and medium enterprises (SMEs) with financial expertise, Abhinandan founded FinCurator to help businesses navigate and optimize their financial operations.
